Back in 1936 an eccentric millionaire by the name of Charles Bedaux set out on an expedition trying to cross the British Columbia Rockies by way of Citroën half tracks and horses. Sparing no expense, he brought along champagne, foie gras and other extravagances. Here's the story of that fateful trip, as told on our history TV show, BC Was Awesome.
