Vancouver's Vanessa Lam investigates the dynamics of form, space and the unconscious through collage and mixed media painting. Her 'abstract expressionism' has clearly struck a chord amongst North America's art world, as her piece, 'Uncloaked", just won the Bombay Sapphire Artisan Series Competition grand prize at one of the largest art fairs in the world, SCOPE Miami Beach.

Artists from all across North America submitted their artwork to the competition. As the grand prize winner, Vanessa will now collaborate with Artsy on a public installation in New York City, set to debut in 2018.
