If you’re looking for an inexpensive vacation package out of the Lower Mainland this winter, Swoop is offerings a number of getaways for a steal.

While the low-cost carrier offers a plethora of destinations to choose from, its Las Vegas packages offers some of the cheapest deals on the market. 

The City of Sin is famous for epic pool and rooftop parties, massive casinos, phenomenal shopping, trendy eats and vibrant entertainment. And, since it is short distance away from Vancouver, it makes the perfect location for a fun getaway.

For example, the package below, which departs on Sunday, Feb. 9 and returns on Thursday, Feb. 13, costs a total of $289 CAD per person including all tax. This pricing is based on two people sharing the room, however, so a solo trip will cost most more. Pricing does not include hotel transfers or resort fees that the hotel may charge.

If you're looking for a nicer hotel, however, Swoop has a package to Caesars Palace at a steal. In addition to being centrally located on the Las Vegas Strip, Caesars offers one of the most sought-after stays in the city. Not only does the famous resort have a number of delectable eateries, exciting entertainment, and lavishly appointed rooms, but it also has seven pools.

While it can be fun to explore the famous Las Vegas Strip after nightfall, there are still a number of fun things to do during the day. For example, there are a plethora of fun pool parties to attend, as well as places to shop, dine, and enjoy beverages.

In addition, Las Vegas offers some of the best entertainment in the world every night of the week. Whether you are looking to see a musical, a magic show, a band, or a DJ, Vegas has it all. The city also offers a number of fun things to try just outside of the strip that include everything from the Grand Canyon to Old Las Vegas to ghost towns.

Note: While the low-cost carrier is an extremely affordable alternative, it is worthwhile to note that there are a number of additional costs. For one, luggage will cost extra, as will selecting your own seat or even speaking to an operator. As such, it is worthwhile to factor in what you need to bring, or if you want to sit in a particular spot.
