The Toronto Transit Commission released a series of audio public service announcements today, voiced by none other than Vancouver's Seth Rogen
In a release, Toronto's Mayor John Tory stated that this “is another example of how we're moving the TTC forward in new and innovative ways."
This innovation was, of course, sparked right here in Vancouver.
After Morgan Freeman was unceremoniously dumped from Translink after sexual harassment claims were made against the actor, Rogen seemingly-jokingly tweeted to Translink saying he was available to do the job if they needed him.
The stars aligned and last week they launched Rogen's campaign here, and you should be hearing his voice during your commute soon.
Rogen kindly donated his time for the TTC just as he did with Translink, with no expense to transit riders.
The messages being heard on transit in Toronto are lighthearted, encouraging "riders to be more considerate of their fellow passengers, all in an effort to make taking the TTC a more positive experience for all".
Listen to all of Rogen's TTC PSAs below, and keep your ears open when heading onto Translink to hear the comedian's messages aimed at us.
