Remember when the Vancouver store that buys Trader Joe's products at full retail in the states and then sells them to us here at a markup got served a lawsuit? That was a few months back, when they changed their window signage to "Irate" Joe's because they were so upset.
I'm incredibly happy (and shocked, to be honest) to be sharing the news that Pirate Joe's won their legal battle brought on by Trader Joe's, and they can continue to service Vancouver with these fantastic organic products.
