Throughout the 80's and 90's, Bryan Adams was absolutely huge on Canadian and US radio and TV and in my personal ghetto blaster (Reckless, anyone?). These days one of Canada's most well known singer-songwriters (turned photographer, did you know that?) is still consistently putting out critically acclaimed albums (his 2008 album one debuted at #1 in Canada), tours, and donates all of the proceeds of his photo work to charity. He has a recording studio in Gastown and can be spotted around town from time to time... and now at the post office or on a letter from me to you if you're expecting one from me in the next few days. I bought a pack.
Sitting beside Stompin' Tom Connors and a couple of french singers that I'm not familiar with (sorry) as a part of Canada Post's "Canadian Recording Artists" series that came out last month, you can probably still find a booklet at your local post office.
And see those little circles to the left and right? Those are what they're calling "enevelope seals", but I'm calling them mini retro stickers for my cell phone.
