Back to the Future super fans Sorrel and Tarrin McDonough went over the top today to celebrate #BTTFDay. Before they knew that USA Today was planning to reprint replica covers of the front cover that Marty McFly read on today's date (THE FUTURE!) in the second instalment of this excellent movie trilogy, they went and created their own! And not only did they create it, they got a bunch of copies printed and handed them out at Granville and Burrard. They gave us the heads up last night...

The first thing I thought when I saw the above tweet was "This is amazing! Who's paying these people to do this? And why?!". Turns out that the sisters are purely super fans and they did it on their own accord. It was super cool to begin with but took it up a notch by making the JAWS 19 poster and put them up around the city (pictured left on the pole) AND dressing up as Doc and Marty when they handed them out.
If we had a MOST AWESOME PERSON IN VANCOUVER TODAY feature, these two would've tied for October 21, 2015.
