Ryan Reynolds didn't settle on a birthday card for his pal's special day.
The Vancouver-born actor co-owns the Welsh soccer club Wrexham AFC with Rob McElhenney, for whom Reynolds planned a special birthday surprise on April 14.
The actor teased the surprise a day prior with a stroll down memory lane to the gift that started a "pissing match" between the two — a memorial urinal in honour of McElhenney.
On Friday (April 14), Reynolds revealed this year's present: a catchy song teaching the world how to pronounce his buddy's last name correctly.
The tune lists all the wrong ways to pronounce "McElhenney" and the correct way ("Mack-el-henny").
The video features McElhenney's wife — It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia co-star Kaitlin Olson, a group of Irish dancers, Welsh singer Charlotte Church, and folks from the Wrexham AFC, reports Rolling Stone.
"It's McElhenney!" is also available to stream on Spotify.
