While there is a festive elf run taking place on the same day, partygoers may prefer joining this massive, jolly pack of Santas as they make their way across the city on an epic bar crawl.
SantaCon Vancouver draws out an enormous crowd of amped up, santa-clad people each year for an afternoon of red and white mayhem. The festive troupe meets up at noon at a designated starting location, and then visits various bars throughout the city.
What's more, SantaCon is a worldwide phenomenon. The annual adventure takes place in Hong Kong, Berlin, Bogota, Paris, Hanoi, and many more big cities across the globe.
Of course, you must be of legal drinking age to participate in the event as it is a bar crawl. Further, you must don a full Santa suit: a hat and a smirk are not enough, but they are certainly important parts of the fun.

Where: The stops will be announced the morning of, and Santa is arranging a starting location.
Cost: Free to attend, but you must be legal drinking age.
