SHINDIG, CiTR coop radio's annual battle of the bands is just getting geared up for the showdowns at the RAILWAY CLUB starting sometime in September and running to crown the champ in December. 27 local bands (of any music genre) will battle it out every Tuesday ("We are still working on the start and end dates.") at the aforementioned Railway Club. Past winners include The Organ, Vancougar, 3 Inches of Blood, You Say Party We Die, Japandroids and They Shoot Horses Don't They.
