It seems that every winter we flock to the Robson Square Ice Rink.
Ever since its debut, it's become a landmark in Vancouver, and rightfully so. Not only is it located in a great spot with holiday cheer, but admission is free. It's truly a beautiful place where Vancouverites come together.
We all have our favourite spots, but sometimes we want to try something new...because why not? Skating at various ice rinks can be advantageous for families especially since they'll generally have additional space for helping out their kids.
To help point them in the right direction, we've compiled this list of family-friendly ice rinks you can visit during the holidays - not just in Vancouver, but beyond. Many of these experiences cost you only a loonie or a toonie, while others are free.
