On June 13 the Canadian Culinary Federation is presenting the Aboriginal Potlatch Supper at the Vancouver Community College, featuring the talents of chefs Ben Genaille and JC Felicella and the school's Aboriginal Culinary Class. The evening will be a foodie's dream come true, showcasing a range of British Colombia's indigenous food products prepared with both traditional and modern methods.
