It truly is one of the most glorious celebrations of food, drink, and community, and now tickets are on sale for Brewery & the Beast 2025 in Vancouver––which means it's time to start planning for a summertime afternoon of feasting and fun.
Brewery & the Beast takes place on Sunday, July 27 at Concord Pacific Place. The wildly popular annual event brings together some of the top culinary talent in the city and region for a day of open-fire cooking and an "all-you-can-enjoy" format for guests, who can spend their Sunday savouring an incredible selection of food and drink.
Outdoor live-fire cooking event a feast for the senses
Now, this isn't your average summer backyard BBQ. The plaza is packed with stations for guests (19+ only) to choose their own adventure and load their plates with dishes they often can also see being cooked right before their eyes. It's always a feast for the senses, with incredible open-flame cooking set-ups, chefs and restaurant teams hard at work, and mingling attendees enjoying all aspects of the afternoon event.
For those who wish to indulge a little more, the VIP tier gives you a crucial one hour ahead of general admission to enjoy special dishes and a private lounge with dedicated bars, plus a 10-minute head start on the main event.
In addition to the ample tantalizing food, Brewery & the Beast will offer wine, beer, cider, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverage options, with none of the hassle of having to exchange drink tickets––it's all part of that AYCE experience.
There is also live entertainment for toe tapping and twirling in between bites and sips, and the chance to meet and mingle with other food enthusiasts in a lively setting.
'2025 will be our best year yet'
“Brewery & the Beast has always been about bringing people together over incredible food, drinks, and music,” says Scott Gurney, Director of 17 Black Events, the festival’s producer in a media release. “This year, we’re raising the bar with an even more polished and immersive experience. From the lineup of chefs and presenters to the beverages and entertainment, 2025 will be our best year yet."
Even better, North Van's own Two Rivers Meats is on board again as a key sponsor, which means high-quality Canadian proteins on the grills and guests' plates.
