Fans headed to see Taylor Swift's Eras Tour concert at BC Place in Vancouver will find some special themed items on the concession menu.

Stadium-goers are familiar with getting out the popcorn for shows and sporting events, but fans headed to BC Place in Vancouver to see the final three Eras Tour shows will also find some special Taylor Swift-inspired food and drink on the concessions menu.

The venue enjoys making things a little more fun for ticket-holders, and they have taken a cue from the pop star (and some fan-favourite pop culture moments) for the three show nights on December 6, 7, and 8.

"Whenever possible, we love to create unique food and beverage items for events at BC Place," a rep for the venue shared with V.I.A. by email.

For the Eras Tour, BC Place said it will have "specialty items for Swifties to enjoy," which will include chai sugar cookies and "seemingly ranch" sauce for dipping the stadium's classic chicken strips.

Many Swifties will appreciate the references. First, Swift is known to be a prolific home baker (when she finds the time) and one of her signature fall recipes is for a chai-spiced sugar cookie. Swift shared details about the cookies on Tumblr, including that her recipe is from blogger Joy the Baker.

The "seemingly ranch" nod stems from a September 2023 tweet by a superfan who pointed out what Swift was snacking on during a Kansas City Chiefs home game.

"Taylor Swift was eating a piece of chicken with ketchup and seemingly ranch!" they shared on X/Twitter.

The offhand remark about dipping sauce caused a ripple of delight, memes, and clapbacks. Recently, when Swift's Eras Tours had its six-show run in Toronto, Rogers Centre featured "seemingly ranch" dip on the menu in tribute.

While Toronto fans also got to enjoy special Swift-themed cocktails, "Bejewled" pretzels, and more inspired treats, BC Place did not provide any details about other planned offerings for the Vancouver shows. (V.I.A. will update if any information is available.)

Anyone who doesn't have a chance to grab a bite to eat before opener Gracie Abrams takes the stage at 6:45 p.m. (with Swift expected to start around 7:45 p.m.) will find there is plenty of food and drink available to purchase inside the stadium.

"All the stadium fan favourites will be available too, from our beloved BC Place Burger to our multicultural offerings with Seoul Food and Bombay South Asian Kitchen, there will be something for everyone."

The BC Place gates will open at 4:30 p.m. for the Eras Tour shows. The perimeter access points will open at 3:30 p.m. for ticket holders. Outside food and drink is not permitted.
