Earlier this year, Vancouver's popular Field & Social opened a second location of their salad shop. Joining the original downtown location at Dunsmuir and Richards is their Royal Centre outpost, also in downtown, with a third to follow later this summer.

Field & Social recently revealed they would be heading into Mount Pleasant's booming 5th and Ontario intersection in the coming months. The area has seen quite a bit of growth in the food and bev sector of late; last year locations of Tacofino and Purebread both cropped up right there.

Some of F&S’s signature salads include the Field Cobb, the Maple Tahini, and the Kale Caesar. Add-ons are things like a ramen egg, avocado, and smoked chicken thigh, and their local vendors include Tempea (for tempeh) and Blue Heron (for plant-based cheese).
