A new cafe in downtown Vancouver promises awesome bagels.
Hence the name Awesome Bagel.
The new little restaurant is located at 323 Howe St. at the intersection with East Cordova Street, just a short walk from Canada Place. Previously the space was the Rendezvous Art Gallery, which closed a couple of years ago.
Awesome Bagel opened at the end of February, with a selection of bagels (offered as sandwiches, with cream cheese, or in bags of six), along with other baked goods, breakfast items, and light lunch options.
The new space includes seating with a view over the intersection and out towards the cruise ships' berth.
