This is my go to spot for cheap Chinese food in the city. You have to make a little sacrifice in the atmosphere department and the parking in the back can be more than tricky but this spot is solid. Congee Noodle House offers great food at a cheap price. There is always lots of seating available, and it is centrally located. Some of my favs are the sea bass congee, honeymoon fried rice, chow mein, deep fried squid and their bbq meat.
If you don't trust me, they just received an award for best congee. They may have helped that they had the word congee in their name.
