A new ramen joint is getting ready to open its doors in Vancouver's Kitsilano.
Ramen Densetsu will launch at 2825 West Broadway. The address was previously home to neighbourhood favourite Hoshi Sushi, which shuttered towards the end of 2019.
"We are a new restaurant who wants to provide an authentic Japanese dining experience to customers," says Ramen Densetsu.
The restaurant is keeping most of their details under wraps, though they have shared a teaser photo on their Instagram showing the interior renovations underway in their space.
Menu details are not being shared publicly yet, though Ramen Densetsu says they plan to make most everything for their noodle soups from scratch in-house.
