Vancouver's fancy rooftop terrace to transform into cozy winter oasis

Festive sips, tapas-inspired bites, and all the holiday vibes.

One of Vancouver's beloved rooftop patios will be decking its halls very soon.

Reflections: The Winter Terrace, Rosewood Hotel Georgia's festive wintry pop-up patio bar-restaurant, is getting ready to return for its 2023 season.

An opening date is set for Nov. 1 and diners can expect cozy holiday-themed decor from baubles and garlands to fairy lights and faux fur blankets, as well as a heated and covered outdoor bar and lounge.

Full details about the Reflections Winter Terrace 2023 offerings haven't been released yet, but the bar-restaurant teased a menu of tapas-inspired dishes and delectable holiday-themed cocktails along with a full bar of beer and wine.

In previous years, Reflections' winter drinks menu included a merry Christmas Mule served in a red copper cup, the Little Helper, served in a Santa-faced mug, and the Yule Nog On Log which came in a glass with a tree trunk base holder, as well as warmer sips like The Little Rummer Boy - the bar's take on a hot buttered rum.

As for bites, Reflections typically offers tapas-style eats like charcuterie boards, pizza, and fries, and entrees like lobster and steak, with pumpkin cheesecake or a sticky toffee pudding for dessert.
