Marcus Davis has done a lot of winning in B.C. and the BC Lions are hoping that's not over.
They've added Davis, a wide receiver and running back, along with two others to their roster this week.
Davis has a few championships under his belt, starting with the Mt. Douglas Rams in his hometown of Victoria. There he picked up three provincial titles.
Following that he headed over to UBC where he racked up 3,000 yards from scrimmage in two seasons with the Thunderbirds and helped the team take the 2015 Vanier Cup, the top trophy for Canadian university football.
Drafted by the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in 2018, he's yet to play for the Lions.
Outside of football he created the Temperament Club, a B.C.-based health and wellness organization with a penchant for tea.
The team also announced they've also added Phil Norman and Austin Joyner to the team. Both attended the 2021 training camp but weren't picked up right away.
