Metro Vancouver residents took advantage of some unusual and breathtaking weather displays over the weekend.
Fog blanketed much of the Lower Mainland on Sunday morning and Environment Canada issued an advisory for the region. While the fog dissipated Sunday evening, more of it rolled into the city Monday morning. However, the afternoon is expected to see a mix of sun and cloud and the rest of the week is looking decidedly clear.
Numerous people shared photos and videos of the fog covering the city from places viewpoints above the skyline as well as at ground level. Have a look at some of the best ones from the weekend.
Locals also shared some photos of fiery sunrises and sunsets painted with vibrant orange, red, yellow, purple, pink, and red hues. Have a look at some beautiful snaps and videos.
