Family are concerned for the well-being of Elizabeth “Libby” Joe.
Joe was last seen on Sept. 20, according to a Vancouver Police Department press release, when she was leaving the Musqueam First Nation Band Office at Salish Drive and Musqueam Ave. near Vancouver's Southlands.
"Elizabeth is Indigenous, approximately 5’6” tall, and has a slim build," states the VPD. "She has shoulder-length dark brown hair that is typically pulled back into a bun or pony tail. Elizabeth will often wear baseball caps with a hoody over her head."
They note she is known to frequent the Downtown Eastside (DTES).
