The City of Richmond might need a little more than physical barricades to protect local cyclists.
A photo submitted by Richmond News reader Mike Fussell shows a black sedan leaving the northbound bike lane on Garden City Road while driving over one of the white bollards on Friday morning.
The white flexible bollards, which are reflective at night, were recently installed in the area.
