A B.C. man could plead guilty in cases where he is charged with 12 break-and-entering charges as well as other criminal counts laid against him, April 11 court dockets indicate.
Richard Leslie Hall, 57, is alleged to have broken into Karakoram Restaurant at 6990 Victoria Dr. in Vancouver on Dec. 29, 2023, with intent to commit an offence.
He is alleged to have broken into a restaurant with intent to commit a crime at 4529 E. Hastings in Burnaby July 25-26, 2024.
On Aug 3, 2024, it is alleged Hall attempted to break into Siam Le Bien Thai restaurant at 4217 East Hastings in Burnaby to commit theft. He was released on bail Aug. 13, 2024.
And, Hall is charged with break and enter and committing an indictable offence with an Aug. 18, 2024 incident at Emilee’s Sweet House at 3671 E. Hastings in Vancouver and committing theft.
Hall is charged with allegedly breaking into a restaurant at 8028 Granville St. in Vancouver with intent to commit an offence Sept 3, 2024.
It is also alleged Hall broke into the Chatime restaurant at 5216 Kingsway in Burnaby and committed an offence Sept. 22, 2024.
It is alleged that Hall broke into a Vancouver Bubble Waffle Café at 2639 East 49th Ave. in Vancouver with intent to commit an offence Sept. 26, 2024.
It is also alleged he committed mischief the same day by breaking a window valued less than $5,000.
Lastly, Hall is charged with having possession of a crowbar on Sept. 26, 2024.
Court documents say Hall is in custody.
