A man charged with second-degree murder in a fatal Vancouver stabbing returns to court on Nov. 26 after a first appearance Nov. 19.
On Nov. 21, 2023, Stephen Crock, 34, was found stabbed on the sidewalk near East Hastings and Columbia.
He was taken to hospital where he died from his injuries.
The Vancouver Police Department said Nov. 20 that, after a year-long investigation, Lyle Price, 23, had been arrested.
The BC Prosecution Service has approved one count of second-degree murder against Price.
The case is currently before Vancouver Provincial Court.
Price remains in custody.
