Seeing double?
While he may be a couple of decades younger, thousands of people believe that a 20-year-old man from the United States bears a striking resemblance to hollywood heavyweight Ryan Reynolds.
Hailing from Tallahassee, Florida, Bryson Blake reports that he's been told his entire life that he looks like the Deadpool star. And, after his girfriend Grace Munson shared a video on TikTok of his picture alongside one of Reynolds, the world at large seems pretty convinced, too.
The video features an image of Reynold's wife, Blake Lively, as well as ones of Reynolds and one of Blake. A voice-over notes that, "It all started when my mom met my dad, and they fell in love, and they had me," - referring to Lively, Reynolds, and Blake, respectively.
As of Monday, Feb. 3, the video has a staggering 1.6 million likes and over 6,000 comments. Munson and Blake remark in the video's caption that, "it’s not chasing clout if it’s facts... this is for the [commenters]."

Vancouver Is Awesome spoke to Blake about his new-found fame, as well as why he has decided to continue posting look-alike videos.
"So I’ve been told I looked like him everywhere for the past 10 of my 20 years alive," he explains. "I’ve even gotten free Taco Bell for looking like “Deadpool”. My girlfriend posted a video of me sleeping on tiktok and it got 1.4 million views and 564 comments, all of which said I looked exactly like him."
After getting that amount of traffic, Blake says the couple made the decision to make a video where Reynolds was Blake's dad.
"So we decided to do a video saying he was my dad, that absolutely blew up. It now has over 11.5 million views and 6003 comments saying the same thing."
Blake jokes how some comments even say, “you look more like Ryan Reynolds than Ryan Reynolds," and that the star has, "lots of explaining" to do. In addition, he reports that people have remarked that he should act as his son in movies.
“Once I saw how viral that went I recreated this video (he posted on his Instagram) along with a video of our faces being morphed in hopes of getting his attention!"

When asked how he feels about Reynolds, Blake says that he loves the star's movies and finds him hilarious.
"I think he is hilarious and very similar to me with the exception that I’m not fast enough to actually say the funny remarks in conversation," he laughs, "But I commented on Aviation Gins social media saying, “fine... I’ll tell the truth. I fell into a batch of Aviation Gin and when I came out it happened... I was 2010’s sexiest man, Ryan Reynolds."
