Vancouver police have arrested 32-year-old Alan Kipson for an alleged unprovoked assault of a senior in Chinatown.
At 5:30 a.m. Wednesday (Feb. 8) a 74-year-old woman was standing at a bus stop near Main and Keefer when a stranger pushed her to the ground from behind.
A bystander called 911 after witnessing the assault and the woman was taken to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, according to the VPD.
Kipson has been charged with one count of assault causing bodily harm.
