A "super affordable" empty lot has come up for sale in Tumbler Ridge, B.C.
The municipality is located inside a UNESCO Global Geopark, about 120 kilometres south of Dawson Creek (a 13-hour drive from Vancouver), and its 2,000 residents enjoy a life filled with outdoor activities.
The lot was recently sold for $19,000 in July of 2022; it's currently being flipped for $22,900.
The listing on LandQuest.com notes that it's the "best value in B.C.," and it very well might be.
A number of properties have been listed over the years in this once-bustling mining community, some at the shockingly low price of $7,500 and others ranging up to $28,000.
As is being shown here, it's not likely a place to invest if you're looking to make money on a quick flip!
