I'm fairly certain that I got put onto local realtor Carlo Giusto's mailing list because of the work we did together back when he operated Shine Nightclub in Gastown. That was in 2010 and I hadn't heard from him since... that is until a few months ago when a newsletter turned up in my inbox. I certainly didn't sign up for it but I have yet to unsubscribe because I find it truly fascinating. Even though I'll never be in the market to buy a restaurant it's so cool to see which are up for sale in the Lower Mainland area. His website is like a window into another world, with 298 listings currently up, ranging in price from $10,000 to $2,100,000.
