Another Vancouver luxury home has had its listing cut down by millions.
The property at 2606 SW Marine Dr was listed for $22 million in 2022. Now, two years later, it's listed at $18 million - that's a $4 million reduction in its asking price.
Despite the price drop, it's still listed for more than $4 million above its assessed value of $13.8 million.
The futuristic house is a fairly recent build, completed in 2018.
A concrete build, the home has a futuristic look with plenty of curves inside and out. Except in the library, which looks like it was lifted from a 19th-century European chateau.
Elsewhere, though, it has smooth lines, from the kitchen island to the skylight to the roof.
Among its features are a sauna, a home theatre and a gym. It also backs onto a golf course.
