A chalet-inspired pop-up experience
To celebrate the retail launch of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Series, Samsung is teaming up with TELUS to bring the newest devices on TELUS’ award-winning 5G network to Whistler in a chalet-inspired pop-up experience. Après All Day, a national après ski event, will showcase the latest tech slopeside at Whistler’s Garibaldi Lift Co. Bar & Grill from Feb. 28 to March 11.
Visitors to Whistler this February and March will get an exclusive opportunity to experience the new Galaxy S25 Series as a true AI companion, designed to enhance every ski day.
Après Ski with AI
The experience kicks off with the chairlift photo activation, where guests can try out the new Best Face feature, powered by Galaxy AI, to capture flawless shots on and off the slopes.
On the mountain, the Slope Safari Scavenger Hunt invites skiers and snowboarders to solve clues and locate iconic TELUS critters hidden around Whistler for a chance to win a Galaxy prize pack (consisting of: One Galaxy S25 Ultra, One Galaxy Watch Ultra, and One set of Galaxy Buds3 Pro). Thanks to the new Audio Eraser feature, background noise of videos shot on the Galaxy S25 Ultra is easily removed, making it easier to hear each clue and enter the contest.
Guests will be invited to test out the latest Galaxy AI features Après Ski-style, starting at the Galaxy Snack bar. Using the Galaxy S25 Series, your true AI companion, guests are welcome to warm up with a hot chocolate of their choice by using Circle to Search with Google to translate the toppings and using seamless actions across apps, text your preferred hot chocolate recipe to Sam, the barista. With TELUS’ reliable 5G network, it’s never been easier to skip the line and focus on what matters most—getting back to the slopes for more turns.
Before heading back to the slopes, visitors can stop by the Galaxy AI Sticker Studio to create custom stickers for their ski gear and boards using Gemini and Sketch-to-Image, adding a personalized touch to their mountain adventure.
