Sweet Treat #18: Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookies at Elysian Coffee
The baked goods at Elysian are prepared in-house daily, which means someone has to wake up at 4:00am and basically have the dough in the oven before the sun is up. Well, we hope they know how much we appreciate it, because these chocolate chip cookies are an absolute staple in our diet. Slightly gooey but full of great walnut texture, they're definitely a worthy take on a sweet treat classic.
