In an area nearly foaming-over with craft breweries, there seems to be room for one more. Electric Bicycle Brewing is setting up on East 4th Avenue, and they'll have craft beer and gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches.
Just a few doors down from Vancouver's pioneering R&B Brewing, Electric Bicycle is really aiming to shake things up in a pretty epic way.

In their words: "Elon Musk wants to go to Mars, but we want to take you the outer reaches of the beer universe. Electric Bicycle is a spot where your co-workers lose their inhibitions, your in-laws learn to love you, and boss finally gives you that raise."
Yep, all that and grilled cheese, too.
The EBB team has been busy renovating and outfitting the space for brewing and tasting, and sharing their progress on Instagram. The building--once a very eye-catching all-over blue--is even more eye-catching now thanks to an exterior mural.
As is the progress on jobs like these, the EBB crew says they are opening "soon-ish" so hopefully their new brews will be pouring and their cheesy sandwiches grilling before too long.
