There are few things more satisfying than a perfectly put-together charcuterie board. Except perhaps a perfectly paired wine with said board. And the Vancouver Cheese and Meat Festival is an entire event dedicated to the pursuit of both.
The B.C.-wide event returns to Metro Vancouver on November 4, bringing together over 40 local and international vendors.
"We are beyond thrilled to bring back the Vancouver Cheese and Meat Festival to our incredible community of food enthusiasts," says festival organizer David Bain, in a recent press release. "This year's Festival promises to be one-of-a-kind as we are proud to announce the release of several products that have never been seen in the market before."
Tickets for the event are all-inclusive and attendees are able to sample and put together their own dream platters of epicurean bites and beverage pairings.
Early bird tickets will be available Aug. 10 and will be offered exclusively to newsletter subscribers for 24 hours and regular tickets go on sale Aug. 14.
