The Team Canada VS Germany game just started so hopefully you're busy cheering and won't be reading this post for another couple of hours!
Before I went to THIS game the other night I stopped in to the Nike store on Robson to pick up some gear and they customized it thanks to Nike ID which is posted up in the back of the store!
If you buy something there - anything from a tee to a jersey - for $5 extra they'll print your name on it along with a graphic representing the country you're cheering on, and they've even got patches for each country. Lots of choices, they do it up in like 2 minutes and for $5 you pretty much can't afford not to get it done.
I like to keep it simple so I got this white hoody with CANADA on the front and got them to put that Canada hockey logo they did on the back. The small icons (which I really, really like) on the bottom right were already there.
The Nike store on Robson Street is one of the dropoff locations for the Reuse-A-Shoe Drive which we've been talking about. You can drop off your shoes at this location or another of these Vancouver locations and leave your footprint on the city!:
