Fleurs de Villes will be holding a special 'Downton Abbey' display at Vancouver's VanDusen Garden at the end of May 2025.

A garden party with the characters of Downton Abbey may not be possible in Vancouver, but something similar is coming.

Fleurs de Villes is holding a 10-day show at VanDusen Botanical Garden this spring, filling the gardens with flower-laden mannequins and floral artistry inspired by the popular TV show and growing series of films.

"Be transported to early 20th-century England, where the aristocratic Crawley family and their devoted staff navigate a rapidly changing era," reads the Fleurs de Villes website.

Vancouver is one of 10 cities to host the exhibitions. They're being organized in conjunction with Focus Features and the third Downton Abbey film, which comes out in September.

"Each city will feature a curated collection of Fleurs de Villes’ signature fresh floral mannequins crafted by top local floral designers," say event organizers in a press release.

The pieces will take cues from items like Lady Mary's beaded gowns, statement hats, and the uniforms worn by the staff.

Along with the floral show, there'll be a few connected events that may include screenings of the first two Downton Abbey films and demonstrations by florists.
