Ye’s Barbecue Group decorated its trailer with funky LED lights and was spotted at Lansdowne Centre’s parking lot over the weekend.
Oliver Xu, manager of the trailer, said they have been operating a grilled meat manufacturing factory in Metro Vancouver for many years.
According to Xu, they specialize in bacon scallops, lobster tail skewers, beef ribs, grilled chicken wings and lamb skewers.
“We also make our own BBQ sauce, and you can find anything related to the barbecue at our trailer.”
Xu said he hopes Richmond is just their first stop and they will be able to extend their services to other cities across Metro Vancouver in the near future.
The trailer will show up at Lansdowne Centre every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 5 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
