Bliss Banh Mi is moving into the former location of That's It Cafe near Granville Island in Vancouver's Fairview neighourhood.

For around four years That's It Cafe was tucked away on the border of Kitsilano and Fairview near Granville Island, but the little cafe has closed.

It's given way to Bliss Banh Mi, a new Vietnamese sandwich shop promising "bliss in every bite," according to their website. Along with the signature sandwiches, the cafe will be serving coffee and a couple of specials like a pork platter and Hainanese chicken rice out of the location at 1612 W 1st Ave.

They currently have a "soft opening menu" posted. Along with eat-in and take-out meals, they advertise catering.

The new cafe has listed July 2 as its opening date on Google. Once it is open the hours will be 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. daily except Sundays (when it is closed).

The cafe space, at the corner of West 1st Avenue and Fir Street near Fishermen's Wharf has been home to several cafes in recent years. That's It Cafe, which offered fresh breakfast, lunch and dinner options like breaded turkey cutlets with caprese salad and power bowls with fennel apple slaw, closed this spring.

Previously it was home to Parallax Cafe, Rainbow Plate and others.
