A long-vacant Vancouver restaurant space is set to be the second home of a Richmond restaurant known for its BBQ skewers, brews, and boozy juice boxes.
Tasty BBQ has signs up at 1018 Beach Ave. The address has housed many concepts over the years, including Najia, Chilli House, and Thai House.
The restaurant debuted in Richmond (7771 Westminster Hwy) in 2021 and quickly became known for its neon-infused dining room, share-able hot and cold dinner and brunch dishes, and extensive beer and cocktail menu, including VitaSoy juice or soy milk boxes amped up with alcohol add-ons.
So far, an opening date for the Vancouver location - situated on prime seawall real estate along False Creek - has not been set. Tasty BBQ's website indicates the Beach Avenue restaurant is "opening soon."
